Bismillah! Al Hamdulilah!
Wa AsSalatu AsSalamu A’ala Rasulillah!
AsSalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu!

BACKGROUND:
Allah, Al-Khaliq created many animals who can’t raise their heads; therefore, they can’t see what’s above them, and they can’t see what is surrounding them. Subhanallah! And Allah said, ‘In that (in His creation) a sign for those who give thought.’ (Ale-Imran 3:190-191)

Then, Allah, Al-Musawweer, fashioned Insan, the human being in the best mould! (At-Tin 95:4). He created him with Aql (intellect), the similar of which no other creation was created. Subhanallah! And He said, “Do they not contemplate within themselves?” (Ar-Rum 30:8)

And then, after that, HE separated this human being with Eman and Kufr, the Mu’min, the Munafiq and the Kafir. (At-Tagabun 64:2, Al-Baqara 2:8)

And even after that, HE commanded the Mu’min not to obey the Kuffar.
(Ale-Imran 3:149)

But how come these human beings go with their life like those animals who can’t raise their heads and see what surrounds them?
How come these Mu’min go with their life, living the same lifestyle as one of the Kuffar and following the Kuffar, obeying the Kuffar?

It is Allah, Al-A’lim, the All-Knower gives the answer again:
‘They are worse than the animals who do not use their Aql (intellect)’ (Al-Anfal 8:22)

So, here is once again another example for those who live by the ‘DIGNITY Being HUMAN’, (Al-Isra 17:70), those who are the best of the creations.

The TRUTH:
The year 1929 was a big event for the health, medicine, and pharmaceutical industry.
That was only 100 years ago, when doctors were reluctant to prescribe any pharmaceutical medicines to patients.

“The Truth About Drug Companies: How They Deceive Us and What to Do About It,” by Marcia Angell (2004), is a former editor-in-chief of the New England Journal of Medicine and a prominent critic of the pharmaceutical industry.

This book discusses the pharmaceutical industry’s influence on prescribing practices and the skepticism some doctors have towards new drugs.

The CORRUPTION (FALSEHOOD):
But today, a person feels feverish, has a headache, and a little pain here and there!
Paracetamol and aspirin are easy picks. Double dose! He doesn’t even think to see a doctor. It is made so easy and normal for him.
Someone feels bloated, acidic, and has heartburn! Antacid is an easy pick.
Someone can’t sleep at night! Sleeping tablets are so normal and easy to pick.
Someone is struck by an allergy! Antihistamines and a nasal spray made easy for him.
For minor cuts and scrapes! Antiseptics, ointments made easy for him.
The same goes with constipation, coughing, etc. etc. Subhanallah!

CORRUPTION MADE EASY:
The question is, how come what doctors were afraid of 100 years ago, became so easy for the masses today?
The only answer is that the corruption made easy for them.
Only because they were born, bred and shaped in a corrupt environment, in a corrupt society created by the corrupt system and the corrupt governments, therefore, corruption became a normal thing to them.

That’s an easy example for those who give thought, who live by the ‘DIGNITY Being HUMAN’ (Al-Isra 17:70)

MISGUIDANCE MADE EADY:
Sadly, the same thing happened about the Deen of Islam today.
The same corruption (misguidance) crippled the Ummah today.
Misguidance is made Easy for Muslims today.
Muslims are surrounded by the astray ‘scholars’ today.
As Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam warned,
“There is something I fear for my Ummah than the Dajjal”
And He was questioned, He said, “Misguided and astray scholars.”
[Musnad Ahmad (5/145) No. 21334 and 21335]

The TRUTH:
“Just only 60 years ago (it’s 80 years now, as this Fatwa was given around 20 years before), when the Citizenship thing first introduced in the Kuffar’s lands and some Muslims were going to live there, the Ulama were in Ikhtilaf (differed in opinion) whether they should call such a Muslim KAFIR or not.”

Why Hijrah! WARNING – 01: The FATWA – Shirk and Kufr in the Citizenship of the Kuffar’s lands

But today, living under the authority of the Kuffar is made easy for the Ummah. Subhanallah!
Therefore, this info doesn’t even impact a Muslim to think and leave the Kuffar’s land, Subhanallah! Only because the astray ‘scholars’ made the misguidance so easy for him.

That’s an easy example for those who give thought, who live by the ‘DIGNITY Being MUSLIM’ (Al-Bayyinah 98:7)

KNOW YOUR STATUS:
And then what about this Fatwa from the era of 1500?

This was a question asked to a Maliki jurist in the 15th-century Fez, Morocco:

“What is the status of our Muslim brothers who live under Kuffar’s laws and who have not moved to the adjacent Muslim lands?”

It’s a reply that should terrify a Muslim. The reply was:
“These people are vile, contemptible, and weak in faith. They glorify infidels and expose the word of Allah to scorn. Our learned authorities agree that it is necessary to kill these people and seize their property. Their wives must also be taken and returned to Muslim territory, where they will be divorced from these men and remarried to others. These people are not our brothers; they are our enemies.”

Do you not think, O Muslim?
Tell me who is misguided?
This scholar of the past or the ‘scholars’ you are surrounded by today?
Tell me who is on Haqq?
This scholar of the Salaf, or the ‘scholars’ of today, those whom you took your Deen from?

Would you still act like those animals who can’t raise their heads, therefore, they can’t see what’s above them, and they can’t see what is surrounding them?
Would you still go with the lifestyle of eating junk, processed and genetically modified (GMO) food, which then ultimately leads you to take the corrupt medicine by leaving the Islamic way of healthy eating and the Islamic health system?
Would you still keep taking your Deen from the astray Ulama surrounded by you today?
Would you not learn your Deen from the Quran and the authentic Hadiths?
Would you not learn your Deen from the Salaf of the Ummah?
Would you still not think of leaving the land of the Kuffar and making Hijrah?
But Allah created you with dignity, O Muslim!

Wa Allahu A’lam.
May Allah guide us.
May Allah save us from the pit of misguidance of the astray ‘scholars’ of today.
May Allah make our Hijrah easy.

DISCLAIMER:
Why do I pick ‘scholars’ when it is the Muslims themselves who should be blamed for their actions?

And also, how about this Fatwa?
For sure, this Fatwa will be questioned by many.
One may question,
In which condition was the Fatwa issued?
How does it apply to us today?

Leaving all sorts of arguments, we can simply ask,
“What’s the least you should take from this Fatwa?”
“Doesn’t it let you think, the least, how severely the matter of ‘living among the Mushrikeen’ was regarded by the Salaf?

Or at least, this Fatwa should make you ponder about
“How Islam was changed only because we lost our Islamic authority, the Islamic State, the Khilafah!”
“What was the ‘temper’ of Islam under the Khilafah, under the Islamic authority and what Islam are we doing today under the Kuffar’s authority, following the Kuffar’s Deen, obeying the ‘Kuffar’s Sharia’!'”

La Hawla Wa La Quwata Illa Billah!
Allahu Musta’an!
May Allah guide us.
May Allah protect us.
May Allah give us understanding!

Where to make Hijrah? Is there a land which is ruled by Allah’s Shariah?

Bismillah!
Al Hamdulillah!
Wa AsSalatu AsSalamu A’ala Rasulillah!

Often most people pose these questions,

"Where's Islamic Shariah?"
"Which land is ruled by Allah's Shariah today?"

Sadly and surprisingly, they pose these questions to validate their stay in the Kuffar’s land, under the Kuffar’s authority, thinking and believing that what they are saying is true.
La Hawla Wa La Quwatta Illa Billah!

But the truth is otherwise.

What if we reverse the questions?
Let’s ask you a set of questions here:
When you live in a Kuffar country, aren’t the Kuffar totally and entirely impose their ‘Shariah’ on you?
How come you choose to submit yourself entirely to the ‘Kuffar’s Shariah’?

Why don’t you move away from entirely submitting to the ‘Kuffar’s Shariah’ to a land where you don’t have to submit to the ‘Kuffar’s Shariah’ entirely?
Why don’t you move away from living entirely under the Kuffar’s authority to a land where the authority are those who believe in Allah?

Does a Muslim-populated country follow ‘Kuffar’s Shariah’ entirely?
Does a Muslim-populated country impose the ‘Kuffar’s Shariah’ entirely on you?
Does living in a Muslim-populated country means living under the Kuffar’s authority entirely?

You know the answer.
And if you’re really truthful to yourself, only understanding this would have been sufficient for you to move away from living under the Kuffar’s authority.

But I know what arguments are boggling into your mind.
“They will put you in jail for saying less than what you can say here”,
“Political corruption crippled the society from top to bottom”,
“You can’t even earn Halal income there which is so easy to do here”,
“There’s no safety and security of life in there”,
“You can’t even maintain a decent life there what comes very easy here”
And the list goes on and on…..
And all these are true.
100%.
I have really no doubt about all these statements.

But then, I must say, these arguments come only when you look at the issue of ‘submitting to the Kuffar’s Shariah’ narrowly.

So, how did you look at the way out narrowly?

You thought about ‘Where to make Hijrah’ before you seriously thought and determined about ‘Why Hijrah?’

And then,
You regarded (implied by your saying, ‘Where’s Allah’s Shariah?’) a land as a ‘Land of Kufr’ which is ruled by a believer as on the same scale as an original Land of Kufr ruled by the original Kuffar.

And for many, the misguidance of misinterpretation of ‘staying for Dawah’
Or,
You thought leaving the Kuffar’s land means only going back to your own country.
Or,
You thought leaving away from Kuffar’s authority means only going to the Arab countries under those dictators and corruptors.
Or
You thought leaving away from obeying ‘Kuffar’s Shariah’ means moving to a land where you will be able to maintain the same luxury, status, comfort and same standard of life.

That’s absolutely a narrow thought.
You didn’t even consider the criteria for choosing a land for Hijrah.

Now, why did you think it so narrowly in the first place?
Only because you didn’t realize the importance of moving away from living under the Kuffar’s authority entirely.
Only because you did not understand the danger of submitting entirely to the ‘Kuffar’s Shariah’.

Therefore, I invite you to read these articles under, ‘Why Hijrah?’ from this site to understand the obligation of moving away from the Kuffar’s authority.

Only then, if Allah wills,
You might look at the issue of moving away from Kuffar’s authority entirely in its proper perspective.

Only then, If Allah wills,
you might look at the issue of Hijrah from the Quranic perspective. Once you understand it, you will be determined to leave.

Only then,
you will come to a point where you will work on finding ways to move away from obeying the ‘Kuffar’s Shariah’ entirely.

Only then,
instead of looking for a ‘Land of Shariah’, you would look to move away
from living under the Kuffar’s authority entirely,
from following the Kuffar’s Deen entirely and
from obeying the ‘Kuffar’s Shariah’ entirely.

Therefore, my brother,
the main consideration is to move away from living under the Kuffar’s authority entirely. This is the mindset and intention that a Muslim must have in the first place.

And here, in this Forum, we are in that quest of searching for such land because we believe in Allah’s word.

And He, Al-A’leem, the All-Knowledgeble, the owner of the land informed us that there is Allah’s land where we can live without obeying and submitting to the ‘Kuffar’s Shariah’.

Why Hijrah! WARNING – 09: Are you living in the Kuffar’s land because it gives you comfort and security? What about Allah’s WARNING?

Bismillah!
Al Hamdulillah!
Wa AsSalatu AsSalamu A’ala Rasulillah!

وَسَكَنتُمْ فِى مَسَٰكِنِ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمْ كَيْفَ فَعَلْنَا بِهِمْ وَضَرَبْنَا لَكُمُ ٱلْأَمْثَالَ

“And you lived among the dwellings of those who wronged themselves, and it had become clear to you how We dealt with them. And We presented for you [many] examples.”
Ibrahim 14:45

And then Allah also warned with the following:

11) وَكَمْ قَصَمْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ كَانَتْ ظَالِمَةً وَأَنشَأْنَا بَعْدَهَا قَوْمًا ءَاخَرِينَ

(12) فَلَمَّآ أَحَسُّوا۟ بَأْسَنَآ إِذَا هُم مِّنْهَا يَرْكُضُونَ

(13) لَا تَرْكُضُوا۟ وَٱرْجِعُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ مَآ أُتْرِفْتُمْ فِيهِ وَمَسَٰكِنِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُسْـَٔلُونَ

(11) ˹Imagine˺ how many societies of wrongdoers We have destroyed, raising up other people after them!

(12) When the wrongdoers sensed ˹the arrival of˺ Our torment, they started to run away from their cities.

(13) ˹They were told,˺ “Do not run away! Return to your luxuries and your homes, so you may be questioned ˹about your fate˺.”
Al-Anbiya 21:11-13

Subhanallah! Allah’s clear warning to those who live among the Zalimun because of the luxury and comfort they were engrossed in.

These Kuffar’s lands that you are living in today were established on Zulum!
The history of these lands is the history of Zulum.
The Zulum of wiping out races!
And Allah warned you how he dealt with the Zalimun!

But here you are,
You’re living here with the oppressors, under the authority of the oppressors, and in the oppressed land!
La Hawla Wa La Quwata Illa Billah!

Australia was established, if you know the history, through the cleansing of the ethnic people of the Aborigines.
America was established through the cleansing of the ethnic people of red Indians.
That’s what Australia and America are, standing on blood, crime, injustice, and falsehood.
Then, the British and the Europeans colonized Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
And the wealth that they had stolen from those colonies was how they made themselves wealthy.
Thus the sources of the bliss that they offer you today, and you find so much comfort in living in there, are just filled with blood, death, and horror.

An ALIEN take over and your blissful life – nothing but merely an accumulation of falsehood

And know that Allah never forgets.
So, He, the one, who is severe in punishment, warns you,

“And you lived among the dwellings of those who wronged themselves, and it had become clear to you how We dealt with them. And We presented for you [many] examples.”

(Ibrahim 14:45)

And above all, what’s the greatest Zulum?
It’s denying their Rabb, Allah, His messenger and His book, the Quran.
And doing Shirk with Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala.

وَإِذْ قَالَ لُقْمَٰنُ لِٱبْنِهِۦ وَهُوَ يَعِظُهُۥ يَٰبُنَىَّ لَا تُشْرِكْ بِٱللَّهِۖ إِنَّ ٱلشِّرْكَ لَظُلْمٌ عَظِيمٌ

And [mention, O Muhammad], when Luqman said to his son while he was instructing him,

“O my son, do not associate [anything] with Allah. Indeed, association [with Him] is great injustice.”
Luqman 31:13

Ibne Katheer explains:

Allah says, “You have witnessed or heard of the news of what happened to the earlier disbelieving nations, but you did not draw a lesson from their end, nor did what We punished them with provide an example for you,”

So, save yourself from the wrath of Allah!
Make your intention to make Hijrah NOW!
And know that Allah is only waiting to destroy these oppressive lands because He says,

وَمَآ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٌ مَّعْلُومٌ

“And We did not destroy any city but that for it was a known decree.”
(Al-Hijr 15:4)

Meaning, these lands of oppressors will be destroyed for sure, only there’s an appointed time.

So my brother, make your intention today for Hijrah and keep making this Dua constantly:

رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَٰذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ الظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا وَاجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيًّا وَاجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ نَصِيرًا

“Our RABB, take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper”
(Sura Nisa 4:75)

And Allah knows best,
May Allah save us from Allah’s wrath.
May Allah make our Hijrah easy.
Ameen.

Why Hijrah! ENCOURAGEMENT: Superiority of Hijrah over Jihad – An Incredible Fact! Subhanallah!

Bismillah!
Al Hamdulillah!
Wa AsSalatu AsSalamu A’ala Rasulillah!

Fact 1: A Mujaheed is in Jahannam for committing suicide:

It is reported on the authority of Sahl b. Sa’d al-Sa’idi

that there was an encounter between Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam and the Mushrikeen, and they fought. At the conclusion of the battle Rasulullah Sallillahu Alaihi Wa Sallam bent his steps towards his army and they (the enemies) bent their steps towards their army. And there was a person among the Companions of Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam who did not spare a detached (fighter of the enemy) but pursued and killed him with the sword.

The Companions said:
“None served us better today than this man”.

Upon this Rasulullah Sallillahu Alaihi Wa Sallam remarked:
“Verily he is one of the denizens of Fire.”

One of the people (Muslims) said:
“I will constantly shadow him”.
Then, this man went out along with him. He halted whenever he halted, and ran along with him whenever he ran.

He (the narrator) said: The man was seriously injured. He (could not stand the pain) and hastened his own death. He placed the blade of the sword on the ground with the tip between his chest and then pressed himself against the sword and killed himself.

The man (following him) went to Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam and said:
“I bear testimony that verily you’re the Messenger of Allah”.

He, Rasulullah said: “What is the matter?”
He replied: “The person about whom you just mentioned that he was one among the denizens of Fire and the people were surprised (at this) and I said to them that I would bring (the news about him) and consequently I went out in search of him till I (found him ) to be very seriously injured. He hastened his death. He placed the blade of the sword upon the ground and its tip between his chest and then pressed himself against that and killed himself.”

Thereupon Rasulullah Sallillahu Alaihi Wa Sallam remarked:
“A person performs the deeds which to the people appear to be the deeds befitting the dweller of Paradise, but he is in fact one of the denizens of Hell. And verily a person does an act which in the eyes of the public is one which is done by the denizens of Hell, but the person is one among the dwellers of Paradise”.

(Saheeh Muslim Hadith No. 206 – 179/112)

So, a Mujaheed is in Jahannam because he killed himself.
But now, let’s read another hadith of the suicide of a Muhajeer.

Fact 2: A Muhajeer is in Jannah even after he committed suicide:

It is narrated on the authority of Jabir that Tufail, son of Amr al-Dausi came to Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam and said:
“Do you need strong, fortified protection? The tribe of Daus had a fort in the pre-Islamic days.”

Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam declined this offer since it (the privilege of protecting Rasulullah) had already been reserved for the Ansar.

When Rasulullah Sallillahu Alaihi Wa Sallam migrated to Medina, Tufail, son of Amr also migrated to that place, and there also migrated along with him a man of his tribe.

But the climate of Medina did not suit him, and he fell sick. He felt very uneasy. So he took hold of an iron head of an arrow and cut his finger joints. The blood streamed forth from his hands, till he died.

Tufail, son of Amr saw him in a dream. His state was good and he saw him with his hands wrapped.
He (Tufail) said to him:
“What treatment did your Allah accord to you?”

He replied:
“Allah granted me pardon for my migration to Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam.”

He (Tufail) again said:
“What is this that I see you wrapping up your hands?”

He replied:
“I was told (by Allah): We would not set right anything of yours which you damaged yourself.”

Tufail narrated this (dream) to Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam.
Upon this, Rasulullah prayed:
“O Allah I grant pardon even to his hands.”
(Saheeh Muslim 211-184/116)

Subhanallah!
What do you understand from this?
Committing suicide is such a crime that even a Mujaheed is not forgiven but a Muhajeer is! SubhanAllah!

Wa Allahu A’lam.
May Allah make us among the Muhajireen.
May Allah forgive our sins.

Why Hijrah! WARNING – 03: How important it is to move away from living among the Mushrikeen?

Bismillah!
Al Hamdulillah!
Wa AsSalatu AsSalamu A’ala Rasulillah!

How important is the matter of not living with the Mushrikeen?
How important are the words of a person what he speaks as the last advice before his death?
These are such important words that even these words get a legal status, in case you don’t know it.

Then, what about the instructions of Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam on his deathbed?
How important could that be for the Ummah?
For sure, It is the most important legal binding on the Ummah, the most important Shariah of Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam.

So, what was the last message of Rasulullah at the last moments of his death?
“Expel the Mushrikeen from the territory of Arabia.”

Subhanallah!
Why did this matter become such important to Rasulullah?
It’s because He was concerned about his Ummah so much that he wanted to give a final prescription, and the final Shariah for his Ummah to stay on the right path!

So, he prescribed, “Do three things so that you won’t go astray”
And the first instruction was this:
“Expel the Mushrikeen from the territory of Arabia.”

What’s the meaning of it?
It means he did not want his Ummah to be among the Mushrikeen or
He did not want the Mushrikeen around the Muslims.
Because he knew that living around the Mushrikeen would lead them to go astray, lead them to engage in Shirk, the greatest sin of all.

And what do you see today?
How many Muslims and Muslim kids take part in one way or another in the pagan rituals of Halloween, Santa, and Christmas rituals?
How many Muslim youths in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Malaysia, and Indonesia take part in Hindu pagan rituals?
And soon the Muslims of the Arabian peninsula would engage or take part in these rituals as the present authorities of the kingdoms allowing the Mushrikeen to build their worship places in the lands of Islam.

So, no wonder, why won’t you see the Muslims gone astray today?
They are not only living among the Mushrikeen, rather they are living under the authority of the Mushrikeen! (In the Kuffar’s land and then, whoever it applies to)
Thus we are witnessing the consequences that Rasulullah Sallillahu Alaihi Wa Sallam warned about.

Let’s cite a few of such scenarios here:

Scenario 1:
This author himself witnessed a business house owned and run by Muslims, decorated with Christmas decorations during this festival of Shirk.

Scenario 2:
An 11-year-old girl asks her parents to put a Christmas tree in the house, And the Jaheel parents ask Fatwa about it:

That’s why it is so important to move away from living under the authority of the Mushrikeen and from living among the Mushrikeen, saving yourself and your generations from Shirk.

And Allah knows best.
May Allah protect us from going astray.
May Allah save us from living among the Mushrikeen.
May Allah make our Hijrah easy.

Here is the full text of the Hadith:
Saheeh Muslim 4124 (20/1637)

Sa’id b. Jubair reported that Ibn ‘Abbas said:
Thursday, (and then said): What is this Thursday?
He then wept so much that his tears moistened the pebbles.
I said: Ibn ‘Abbas, what is (significant) about Thursday?

He (Ibn ‘Abbas) said:
The illness of Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam took a serious turn (on this day),
and he said:

“Come to me, so that I should write for you a document that you may not go astray after me.”
They (the Companions around him) disputed, and it is not meet to dispute in the presence of Rasulullah.
They said:
How is (Rasulillah)?
Has he lost his consciousness? Try to learn from him (this point).

He (Rasulillah) said:
“Leave me. I am better in the state (than the one in which you are engaged).
I make a will about three things:
Turn out the polytheists from the territory of Arabia;
show hospitality to the (foreign) delegations as I used to show them hospitality.”

He (the narrator) said: He (Ibn Abbas) kept silent on the third point,
or he (the narrator) said:
But I forgot that.

This hadith was mentioned through another chain.

Also in Saheeh Bukhari 3053 stated:
Rasulullah on his death-bed, gave three orders saying,
“Expel the pagans from the Arabian Peninsula”

Also in Saheeh Bukhari 4486 stated:
It has been narrated by ‘Umar bin. al-Khattib that he heard Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said,
“I will expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Muslim.”

Please note:
There is another hadith (Saheeh Muslim 4126) narrated from a different chain that doesn’t say Rasulullah Sallallahu Alahi Wa Sallam was able to write because of interference from Umar Radiallahu Anhu.

But how do we reconcile these Hadiths?
By the intention of Rasulullah and later the actions of the Sahaba.
We know from history that no Mushrikeen were allowed to live in the Arabian peninsula.
Therefore, the implementation of the Hadiths itself proves the authenticity of these Hadiths mentioned above.
And Allah knows best.

‏”‏ ائْتُونِي أَكْتُبْ لَكُمْ كِتَابًا لاَ تَضِلُّوا بَعْدِي ‏”‏ ‏.‏
فَتَنَازَعُوا وَمَا يَنْبَغِي عِنْدَ نَبِيٍّ تَنَازُعٌ ‏.‏
وَقَالُوا مَا شَأْنُهُ أَهَجَرَ اسْتَفْهِمُوهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏”‏

دَعُونِي فَالَّذِي أَنَا فِيهِ خَيْرٌ أُوصِيكُمْ بِثَلاَثٍ أَخْرِجُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ مِنْ جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ
وَأَجِيزُوا الْوَفْدَ بِنَحْوِ مَا كُنْتُ أُجِيزُهُمْ ‏”‏ ‏.‏

قَالَ وَسَكَتَ عَنِ الثَّالِثَةِ أَوْ قَالَهَا فَأُنْسِيتُهَا ‏.‏

Al Hamdulillah
Wa AsSalatu AsSalamu A’ala Rasulillah

Allah said, “DO NOT obey the Kuffar.“
(Al-Furqan 25:52)

But you?
You are not only obeying, you’re submitting yourself to Kuffar’s Sharia’ .

Rasulullah Sallillahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said,
“Whoever takes arms against us, he is not from us“
(Saheeh Bukhari 6874)

But you?
You’re part of the Kuffar’s oppression in killing of Muslims and you’re aiding the Kuffar in plotting against Muslims.

And Allah said the consequence of obeying the Kuffar:

“They will turn you back on your heels, and you will [then] become losers“.
(Ale Imran 3:149)

For sure, you really are in a dangerous situation, those who are living and settling under Kuffar’s authority.
You are involved in two major crimes.
Obeying, submitting yourself to the ‘Kuffar's Sharia‘.
And following ‘Kuffar's Deen‘.

And knowingly or unknowingly helping Kuffar in killing and oppressing Muslims, and aiding them in plotting against Islam.

These crimes could be accounted for as Kufr.
Allahu A’lam.
Let me explain.

How do you get involved in it?
To get to a clear understanding of this, let’s do a Critical Reasoning of this Hadith.

Rasulullah Sallillahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said,
“Whoever takes arms against us, he is not from us“
(Saheeh Bukhari 6874)

Who is Rasulullah talking about here, A Kafir?
No! A Kafir is already not ‘from us’.

Then, who else is He talking about?
A Muslim.
When a Muslim takes arms against the Ummah of Muslims, he doesn’t belong to Islam anymore.

How does this issue relate to Hijrah?
Well, it does. Let me explain.

The one who helps commit a crime, is he also guilty of the crime?
Yes!

The one who helps in murder, is he also guilty of murder?
Yes!

Then, those who fight Muslims, aren’t aiding them also means fighting along with them?
You do the math!

Let me put it in a way so that a 13-year-old can understand the issue easily.
There’s a million-dollar masjid project.
You give only $10 Sadaqah.
Why?
Expecting Sadaqah Jaariah, continuous reward of your portion of $10.
Expecting Allah will reward you abundantly.
Thinking, maybe just this Sadaqah would be a cause of your saving from Jahannam.

So, put this scenario in your portion of the Tax that these Kuffar governments use for.
These are the money that governments use to maintain their state affairs, right?
Isn’t it then easy to understand that you get a proportionate share of all the evil they do against Muslims and against humanity? The propagation of Zina, alcohol, gambling and whatnot and the example of LGBTQ is just before your eyes right now.

Is there any doubt that you will get a proportionate share of all these evils?
And then, what about their forces that fight against Muslims?
Where do those campaigns get funded from?
What about their secret forces that are relentlessly plotting and propagating against Islam?
Who funded those organisations?
It is from the tax money that they collect from their people, and you have a proportionate share in that.

That’s how you are helping them in killing and oppressing Muslims.
That’s how you’re aiding them in plotting against Islam.
And that’s how this Hadith applies to you: you carry arms against Muslims.
Allahu A’lam.

Therefore, calculate your status.
You do the math.

I know, you don’t give up yet. You might be thinking, ‘I am just a victim of the system.
I didn’t choose to live in this system. I was born in this system. What can I do?

Well, think this way, a Kafir is also born in a Kuffar family.
Can he place his argument in front of Al-Hakeem on the day of judgement, “I was just a victim, I was born in a Kafir family, you put me in a Kafir family”

You know that this won’t work.
He has to seek the truth and then, when he finds the truth, he has to change his entire lifestyle to claim his Jannah, to save himself from Jahannam.
He sometimes has to go through challenges such as leaving his own family, friends, and society. Can you even imagine the plight of those new Muslims?
And your situation is not worse than the newly reverted Muslims. You know it.

Remember this: there are millions of oppressed Muslims out there raising their hands against the oppressors, and for sure, you’re aiding those oppressors through your tax money while Allah instructed you to stand by the side of your oppressed brothers and do Jihad against the oppressors. But you, one way or another, are knowingly or unknowingly aiding those oppressors.

Therefore, you have only one way out of this calamity.
Hijrah!
Hijrah, away from obeying and submitting to the ‘Kuffar’s Sharia’ and away from aiding the Kuffar in their oppression of Muslims.

My brother, It’s time for Hijrah!
May Allah not make us among those who aid the Kuffar in oppressing and fighting the Muslims.
May Allah make our Hijrah easy.
Ameen.

Al Hamdulillah!
Wa AsSalatu AsSalamu A’ala Rasulillah!

Allah ordered, “Do not obey the Kuffar” (Sura Al-Insan 76:24).

But you wholeheartedly submitted to the ‘Kuffar’s Shariah’.

Allah even warned His prophet, Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam,

“O Prophet, fear Allah and do not obey the Kuffar and the Munafiqeen. Verily Allah is All-Knowing, Most Wise.
(Sura Al-Ahzab 33:2)

But you’re profoundly following ‘Kuffar’s Deen’.

Kuffar have rejected Allah’s Deen, instead, they set their own Deen.

Allah sent Shariah for what is the obligation for you to pay on your wealth which is. 2.5% on the yearly balance to pay to the authority of the Muslims, you know it.

Kuffar said, ‘No! We reject that. We have our own Sharia’.
‘You have to pay us such and such percentage on your sales and transactions, whether you make a profit or not’,
‘You have to pay us such and such amount of TAX from your earnings whether you have gained anything or not at the end of the year’.

Allah sent Shariah forbidding Insurance,
but Kuffar said, ‘No! We reject your Sharia’
‘You have to obey our ‘Shariah’!
‘You have to have insurance’.

In Allah’s Shariah, a child becomes an adult upon reaching puberty and he/she comes under all legal bindings that apply to an adult,
but Kuffar says, ‘No! We reject your Allah’s Sharia’
‘You have to follow our ‘Shariah‘!
‘You have to treat a human as a child up to 18 years of age’.

So, you are obeying ‘Kuffar’s Shariah’ now.
You can’t give your daughter to a marriage below 18 years of age. If you do Kuffar will put you in jail.

And then, when you fall into any incident, such as ‘family violence’, oppression, robbery, fighting, killing, murder, etc.,
You become subject to the Kuffar’s law,
You submit to Kuffar’s Deen,
You appear to the court of the Kuffar’s
And you stand for the judge (Taghut) as you stand in front of your Rabb.
Inna Ilaihi Wa Inna Ilaihi Rajiun.
May Allah protect you from the Shirk of obeying Taghut.
May Allah protect you from the Kufr of following ‘Kuffar's Deen'.

And then, while the Kuffar successfully managed to implement their 'Deen', their 'Shariah' on Muslims in the Muslim-populated lands or in the so-called Muslim lands, your job was to reject their 'Deen', reject their ‘Shariah‘.
Instead, you kept following Kuffar’s Deen in your own land.
Even that was not enough for you, you came to the Kuffar’s lands and wholeheartedly submitted to the Kuffar’s Deen.

Ask yourself, did any Kafir ever put a gun to your head to make you come to their country, obey their authority and follow their ‘Deen’, follow their ‘Shariah’?
No!
Rather you bring yourself under Kuffar’s authority and then, you claimed that they force their Deen on you. While Allah ordered you, “Do not obey the Kuffar”, but you submitted yourself to the Kuffar.

So, ask yourself.
Who do you submit to?

What would be your answer to the Malaikah when you will be asked,“Man Dinuka“? (Sunan Abu Dawood 4753)

Rather, you will be asked another question at the time of death, before you face the question in the Qabr.

“Wasn’t the earth spread for you?” [al-Nisa’ 4:97]

Didn’t I clearly inform you,

“O my servant, my earth was specious, so worship me alone“?
(Meaning, do not Shirk with me, do not give my right to others living in such a place. Move away to my spacious lands where you don’t have to give my right to others.)
(Al-‘Ankabut 29:56)

Think of the answer until you have breath!

And before we finish this, let’s remind ourselves of a couple of Ayat on the same issue, where Allah Ajja Wa Jalla commanded again, as follows:

Ash-Shu’ara’ 26:151-152
(151) وَلَا تُطِيعُوٓا۟ أَمْرَ ٱلْمُسْرِفِينَ
(152) ٱلَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ

(151) And do not follow the command of the transgressors,
(152) who spread corruption throughout the land, never setting things right.”

And you know how the Kuffar has spread corruption on earth. The worst of that corruption is the ocean of Riba that they pulled you and me today.

Briefly saying, the only way out from that corruption is to think of off-grid living as a first step until Allah grants us Khilafah, En Shaa Allah!

And when Allah grants us Khilafah?

“Allah has promised those among you who believe and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them Khilafah (The AUTHORITY) in the land, as He granted it to those before them, and that He will grant them the authority to practise their DEEN which He has chosen for them. And He will surely give them in exchange a safe security after their fear (provided) they worship Me and do not do SHIRK with Me.
But whoever disbelieves after this, they are the Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah)”.
(Sura An-Nur 24:55)

Subhanallah!
This is Allah’s clear promise here.
Allah will grant the Khilafah (the authority of land) to the Muslims.
But certainly not to those who are willingly obeying the ‘Shaira’ of the Kuffar’, following the ‘Kuffar’s Deen’, giving Allah’s right to the Kuffar.

Wa Allahu A’lam.
May Allah give us understanding.
May Allah save us from following ‘Kuffar’s Deen’.
May Allah protect us from obeying ‘Kuffar’s Sharia’.
May Allah open a way for us to live under Allah’s Sharia!
May Allah make our Hijrah easy.

Why Hijrah! WARNING – 04: Why settling in Kuffar’s Land is Haram?

Bismillah!
Al Hamdulillah!
Wa AsSalatu AsSalamu A’ala Rasulillah!

AsSalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu!

Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam sent a Sariyyia (an expedition) to a tribe, the Mujahidun found a few people in prostration (to protect themselves) but they were killed.
When Rasulullah Sallillahu Alaihi Wa Sallam was informed of the incident, he said,

أَنَا بَرِيءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ يُقِيمُ بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ.

“I disown every Muslim who settles among the Mushrikeen”.

(Sunan Abu Dawud 2645. Saheeh).

My brother, You know that the entire Kuffar world is fighting against Islam, right?
Imagine, the way Kuffar has been bombing the Muslims in the Middle East, the same way Muslim countries are bombing the Kuffar’s lands. Would you then live among the Kuffar, in the Kuffar’s Land?

And if someone happens to live among the Kuffar at the time of war and therefore dies from those attacks, what would be his status with Allah, Al Haseeb, The Reckoner?
Can he show an excuse to the angels, “I was in the ‘No Fighting Zone’ Sir!”

Usually, when two countries fight and bombard each other, would you find any regular nationals living among the enemies, in the enemy country?

No way! Both countries warn their respective citizens to evacuate long before they engage in the bombing (For example, the ongoing Israel-Filistine war and Russia-Ukraine war)

To give you a practical example, imagine, the way Kuffar bombarded Iraq, the same way Iraq’s missiles and jet fighters bombarded America. Tell me, which American will go to live in Iraq or which Iraqi Muslim will go to live in America? You won’t find any.
Check the history, when the confederation of the Kuffar was fighting a crusade against Muslims, did any Muslim live and settle among the Kuffar, in the Kuffar’s lands, under the Kuffar’s authority?

and then, what about giving you the most recent example?
Filistine and Israel are at war right now. You tell me, would any Filistine would go and live in Israel?
It’s absurd, isn’t it?

Then, why are you living in the Kuffar’s lands now?
Is it because there’s no harm, no bombing attack coming from the Muslim countries to the Kuffar’s lands, right?
Therefore, you feel safe, right!
Or are you in the delusion that Kuffar is actually not fighting Islam, they are fighting the ‘terrorists’, they are fighting to defuse the ‘Weapon of Mass Destruction’!

And I hope that you are not in that delusion.
The kuffar and their entire confederations are fighting the Muslims and fighting against Islam. This is the truth. If you really know this truth, then, you really won’t want to live among the Kuffar, in the Kuffar’s land, under the Kuffar’s authority if there is a fighting back from the Muslim countries with the Kuffar’s countries.

So, my brother, Is this the fact that because the Kuffar’s lands are not attacked by the Muslim countries makes it permissible/ safe for you to live in the Kuffar’s lands?
But what if a Muslim country starts an attack while you’re among the Kuffar, therefore, you’re subjected to that attack?
In what status will you die then?
What will be your status with Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala according to the Hadith quoted above?

So, my brother, can you understand your status now?

Think of this, Muslims who were in prostration were killed but Rasulullah Sallillahu Alaihi Wa Sallam didn’t rebuke the Mujahideen for killing the Muslims, nor did He criticize them saying, “It is haram in Islam to kill innocent people” though it is true that it is Haram in Islam to kill innocent people (Quran 5:32).

He neither punished them nor make a Takfir on them saying “Killing a Muslim is Kufr” though it is true that it is Kufr to kill a Muslim (except in certain events). (Quran 4:93) (Saheeh Bukhari 6785, 6865)

And then, read this Ayah now.
This Ayah was revealed about those Muslims who didn’t make Hijrah to Madinah and then, they were killed in Badr.

“Verily, as for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them):

“In what (condition) were you?”
They reply: “We were weak and oppressed on the earth.”
They (angels) say: “Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?”
Such men will find their abode in Hell — what an evil destination!”
[al-Nisa’ 4:97]

May Allah save us from being killed while living in the Kuffar’s land.
May Allah save us from dying in the Kuffar’s lands.
May Allah make our Hijrah easy!

بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنْ قَتْلِ مَنِ اعْتَصَمَ بِالسُّجُودِ حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَرِيَّةً إِلَى خَثْعَمٍ فَاعْتَصَمَ نَاسٌ مِنْهُمْ بِالسُّجُودِ، فَأَسْرَعَ فِيهِمُ الْقَتْلَ قَالَ: فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرَ لَهُمْ بِنِصْفِ الْعَقْلِ وَقَالَ: أَنَا بَرِيءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ يُقِيمُ بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ. قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لِمَ؟ قَالَ: لَا تَرَاءَى نَارَاهُمَا قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: رَوَاهُ هُشَيْمٌ، وَمَعْمَرٌ، وَخَالِدٌ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، وَجَمَاعَةٌ لَمْ يَذْكُرُوا جَرِيرًا صحيح دون جملة العقل

Now, before you have to think or plan about Hijrah or for you to take this opportunity of MASS Hijrah, you have to know why you MUST do Hijrah!

We are going to place the PRELUDE of this project in the next few parts of this booklet, ‘Why Hijrah!’

The Fatwa:
By the Hāfidh, Shaykh al-‘Allāmah Sulaymān Ibn Nāsir al-‘Alwān (فك الله أسره).

|| What’s the ruling on travelling to dār al-Kufr and attaining their citizenships? ||

Sheikh replied:
The brother asks about residing in the lands of the kuffar to attain their citizenship.

Firstly, acquiring the citizenship of the kuffar is prohibited by default in all cases. Because what it means to acquire a citizenship is to comply with their systems, making tahakum to them, and submitting to their laws, and that you become an individual from amongst them.

It is not possible that a Muslim can become an individual from amongst the men of the kuffar, nor a soldier from amongst the soldiers of the kuffar. Because the condition that is to be known by ‘urf (traditions), is on the same level of a pronounced condition (for e.g. If you buy a car, by the ‘urf, it should have a steering wheel, even though you don’t have that condition in the contract).

It’s not a (pronounced) condition that the kafir stipulates you becoming a soldier from among their soldiers, but this is something well-known; the condition that is to be known by ‘urf (traditions) according to the fuqaha (scholars of fiqh) is on the same level of a pronounced condition.

So whenever you acquire their citizenship, then the laws of every land [you go to] would apply upon you, and the laws are mandated in all lands. For that reason, when citizenships initially came out, and some Muslims acquired citizenships due to being subjected to severe harm, and [due to] the pressure from their rulers or the torture they would face. This issue was brought up around about 60 years ago, and no one at the time differed concerning its prohibition which is astonishing [compared to our times]. Rather, they differed upon whether he becomes a kafir or not, and they had two opinions regarding that:

1 – There are those who said he becomes an apostate; by merely acquiring the citizenship, he would become an apostate.

2 – And others said he does not become an apostate, because he is Mukrah (under compulsion, fleeing torture, etc.), however, he is sinful by that (as he shouldn’t have acquired it, but rather remained in their land temporarily, Wallahu A’lam).

The dispute was concerning his kufr, and it was not surrounding the prohibition of attaining it. However, the dispute now has become surrounding whether it is prohibited, is it halal or haram? And in reality, looking at it from the perspective that he is Mudtar (in serious need), the Mudtar is not required to take citizenship.
Although, yes, if he was Mudtar to take citizenship in the sense that if he does not take it, he will be sent back to his and where he will be tortured, then yes in this situation he will be Mukrah. However, it is compulsory upon him to solidify in his heart not to make Tahakum to them, to make takfir of them, and to proclaim bara’ah from them.

As for the issue of travelling to the lands of the kuffar:
The default basic principle concerning that is prohibition according to the scholars.

So this is proof that whoever remains in the lands of the kuffar, and does not make hijrah while he is able to migrate, then he has fallen into one of the major sins.

However, Imam al-Bukhari, Abu Hatim, Abu Zur’ah, at-Tirmidhi

Tirmidhi and ad-Daraqutni, declared that this report is Mursal, and what is correct is that it is from the narration of:
Isma’il ibn Abi Khalid > from Qays ibn Hazim > from the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم).

And Qays ibn Hazim is Mukhadram (someone who lived in the time of jahiliyyah and era of the Rasul but did not meet him to become a sahabi, but still accepted Islam). And his Mursal narrations are from the strongest of Marasil (Mursal narrations), therefore this is included with the other proofs to prove the prohibition of travelling to the lands of the kuffar.

But if an individual had a need to travel to the land of the kuffar, such as for trade or treatment and so forth, he must take into account several matters:

To display his deenn, by making Bara’ah from them.
2 – That he is able to protect himself from fitnah. Therefore whoever is not able to protect himself from fitnah, then he is prohibited from travelling to their lands.
3 – That this is for a need.
4 – That his journey expires when his need is fulfilled.

As for those who travel to lands which might be called ‘Islamic states’:
Most people today cannot differentiate between an Islamic state and a kafir state. So they call a land which does not rule by what Allah has revealed as an Islamic state, that even the Rafidi state, the state of Iran is called an ‘Islamic Republic’, because they do not differentiate between Islam, shirk, and kufr. They simply go by labels, and what the newspapers portray to them, that is what they go towards and mimic.

Thus if an individual travelled to some of these statements, and he went for an enjoyable time, he will find prohibitions and corrupt deeds, people going out dressed immodestly, and public adornments. He will see what gets exposed [from evil] and crimes, while he is unable to change anything, then it Is not permissible to travel in all cases in such a situation.

Consequently, the scholars have unanimously agreed that whoever sits in a place that has haram, it is compulsory upon him to condemn it with his hand or tongue. And if he is unable to do so, it is not sufficient that you rebuke it in your heart, you must leave the gathering if you have the ability to do so. And they have unanimously agreed that it is not permissible for you to travel to a place that has haram, while you know that you will not be able to change it.

This person goes to a place and knows he will see Haram while being unable to change it, and knows with certainty that he will see haram, not just a high assumption, rather, he has Yaqin that he will see haram, while he is unable to change it.

So why would you go there?

You have no need or benefit, nor da’wah or ordaining good and forbidding Munkar, nor did you go there to teach, nor did you go for helping anyone, rather you went there for an enjoyable time. He takes his family and children and makes them subjected to temptations and danger. The likes of these people are to be scolded and deterred from doing this and ordered to preserve their din and ‘Aqidah.

And if Imam Malik (رحمه الله) would say, that if a person resides in an Islamic land, an Islamic state, an Islamic Khilafah, however in this particular land, many corruptions are found and he is unable to change it, and he is able to travel to another (Islamic) and which condemns corruption, then this is obligatory upon him!

Malik views that if someone is under a ruling of an Islamic Khilafah, and there are two (Islamic) lands, one of them is filled with corruption while you are unable to change that, and another land you go to wherein you are able to rebuke the corruption you see, Malik says it is an obligation upon to make hijrah.

So imagine if Malik heard about the issues of our times, a land of kufr, a land of prostitution, a land of despicable evil, a land of Zandaqah, a land which promotes corruption and Munkarat. They give Fatawa allowing travel there. These people are Juhhal. He does not have firmly grounded knowledge, nor does he have din. In fact, he cannot even differentiate between Islam and Kufr.

He would sit with the kuffar and does not see anything wrong with that, and at times, they would give precedence to the kuffar over the Muslims. These people are to be scolded severely, and not to be allowed to speak in such enormous matters.

A little light over the Fatwa:

What Sheikh mentioned as ‘urf’, is tradition, which means the law of the land that you can be subjected to tradition without even mentioning them in the contract. such as, he mentioned, to be a soldier.

But these things are clearly mentioned as the duties and responsibilities of a citizen for one has to comply to be a citizen. Specifically three duties mentioned that one has to consent in order to become a citizen are:

You have to do a ‘Jury Duty’ in a court when you are called. (Meaning you have to participate in the Kuffar’s law)
You have to vote in the democratic elections (Meaning, you have to participate in the system of Kufr)
You have to join the army if called in an emergency. (Meaning, you have to fight for your Kuffar’s nation even if it is against Muslims, which is Kufr)

So, clearly, we became citizens by giving our consent to comply with those clear Kufr acts, unknowingly.

Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Rajiun!

May Allah protect us from these Kufr acts. And May Allah save us from this.

So, my brother, go back and read the Fatwa again and you will have no doubt understanding that obtaining citizenship of a country governed by the Kuffar’s law and consenting to those Kufr act is Kufr.

Therefore, Muslims must know that the matter is serious, no doubt about that. We need to stand before our RABB with LA ILAHA ILLA ALLAH both by the intention and by the action.
